We offer an in-office membership for patients without dental insurance! You can save money and receive discounts on all restorative and/or cosmetic treatment, including IV sedation! Our membership includes:

• Preventative Services-100% covered

• *Scaling and root planing or periodontal maintenance cleanings are not covered at 100% with our membership; they are discounted by 20%.

Insurance and Billing

We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Our insurance coordinators are happy to provide a complimentary benefits check to see how your insurance plan works with our office. We do not participate in Health Management Organizations(HMO or DHMO) or Medicare/Medicaid plans.
